Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit and debit card payment. All orders must be paid for in full at time of ordering through our secure transaction with Paypal.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
Our delivery charges are as follows:
UK Delivery - Royal Mail 1st class and signed for-
£0 to £19.99 - £2.99 delivery charge
£20.00 to £49.99 - £4.99 delivery charge
£50 and over - FREE delivery
Delivery to the EU is a standard charge of £25. Due increased postage costs we are unable to offer a signed for service on European deliveries. Delivery times will vary according to which EU destination your gift is being sent.
Orders placed by 12pm will normally be dispatched on the same working day. Orders placed after this time on Friday's or over the weekend will normally be dispatched on the following Monday.
If for any reason, there is to be a delay in dispatching your order, we will make every effort to contact you with the next available delivery date.
Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 1 business days . European orders will vary dependant on destination.
Back Orders
Unfortunately we do not accept back orders. We therefore do our upmost to ensure we keep good stock levels to prevent this situation
Tax Charges
At this time we are not required to charge VAT on any of our items as we are not VAT registered. Any changes in the future will be reflected in our pricing.
